Clinical Supervision and Consultation Services

I am an approved clinical supervisor in the State of Washington, and I provide clinical supervision for LMHCAs seeking independent licensure. My approach is focused on encouraging and supporting the development of your own clinical theoretical orientation as well as professional identity as a therapist, while ensuring competent care for your clients. I tend to emphasize the therapeutic relationship, ethics, boundaries, and countertransference, because these are the elements that shape resilient, thoughtful clinical work. I also prioritize the development of your own clinical judgement and unique point of view as a clinician as you move toward independent licensure.

I also bring extensive experience working with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). My orientation emphasizes a flexible, responsive approach that is informed by and draws from ERP and I-CBT without rigid adherence to manualized treatment protocols. My approach includes attention paid to each individual’s inner processes, lived experiences, as well as the deeper relational and emotional layers undergirding symptom manifestation. I focus on helping clinicians understand how OCD functions for each client and how to integrate evidence based interventions within a strong therapeutic relationship. Associates who want to treat OCD, or who want support developing an integrated approach to this work, may find my style to be a good match. Other clinical issues that I focus on include attachment and relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and identity exploration. I integrate more concrete cognitive-behavioral interventions within a relational and depth-oriented theoretical stance. My work mainly focuses on in-depth psychotherapy with individual adults, and I do not offer clinical supervision of services for children.

Individual Clinical Supervision

I offer traditional individual supervision for LMHCAs at a rate of $150 per hour. We will focus on case conceptualization, risk assessment, documentation, and the internal work that shows up in the room, as well as the requirements you will need to fulfill to obtain your independent license.

Supervision Bundle

For LMHCAs who want to begin their own private practice with more structure and stability, I offer a Supervision Bundle. This option includes:

  • The ability to bill for services under my insurance contracts

  • Billing through my practice, with access to a professional biller

  • Unlimited supervision hours

  • Income-based supervision fees rather than a flat per-session cost

  • Support in building your private practice from the ground up

This option is well suited for clinicians who want to move into private practice without managing all of the setup alone.

Professional Consultation

I offer professional consultation to fully licensed clinicians or other professionals at the rate of $200/hour. Topics may include OCD, case conceptualization, aspects of running a private practice, or general consultation needs.

What You Can Expect

  • Honest, direct guidance without judgement

  • Attention to the therapeutic relationship and how it develops over time

  • Clear discussion of ethics and boundaries

  • Support for understanding and working with countertransference

  • A safe and steady supervisory relationship that allows for deeper clinical thinking

Getting Started

If you are interested in traditional supervision or the Supervision Bundle, you can reach out for a brief consultation. We will talk about your goals, what stage you are in, and whether my supervision style is a good fit.
