Associates
I supervise several associates who are caring, compassionate, and competent clinicians working towards independent licensure. You can read more about their work and request a consultation with them below to inquire about availability and becoming a client.
Sarah Lindsley, MA, LMHCA
Welcome! I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, burnout, and supporting those for whom life has shifted in ways that leave you feeling unsteady, stuck, or quietly questioning what comes next. I support individual adults (18+) navigating illness, work or career issues, changing relationships, or a growing sense that the life you built no longer fits.
My therapeutic approach blends relational psychodynamic and experiential somatic work. I help clients understand how past experiences, especially early relationships, shape present dynamics, patterns in your life, and what happens between us in sessions. I also support the development of self-compassion and mindfulness, which I believe can be transformative. I’m deeply interested in identity, cultural belonging, and power, and I see therapy as both personal and political work.
I know that seeking therapy is a brave, vulnerable step. Therapy with me is a warm, respectful space where you can feel worthy of care and begin to build resilience in service of a more meaningful, purposeful life.
Andie Tijerina, MA, LMHCA
My highest priority as your therapist is to cultivate a warm, compassionate space where you feel safe to be completely yourself. I value your unique story and strive to build genuine, affirming connections. You can be free of pressure to uphold effortful roles you’ve been carrying (e.g. thestrong one, the responsible one, the “perfect” one, the helper...). This is your time to explorewhat restores you and what makes you feel alive. At the same time, we’ll learn what burdens you with stress, depression, anxiety, relational struggles, or chronic pain/illness.
My trauma-informed approach pulls from Internal Family Systems (IFS), relational therapy, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients discover and gently shift patterns that have been contributing to daily challenges. I integrate existentialism, mindfulness techniques, somatic therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment therapy (ACT) to support individuals with raising self-awareness, befriending their emotions, building their inner resources, and living a more embodied, fulfilling life. For individuals with chronic pain/illness, I apply interventions from Pain Reprocessing Therapy(PRT) and Emotional Awareness & Expression Therapy (EAET). These methods can greatly reduce the fear and powerlessness that so often comes with chronic conditions, which ultimately leads to improvements in symptoms.
